The prayers, practices, stories, readings, rituals, etc. that we have are not magic. They are structures, catalysts, frameworks, and embodiments of the highest organizing principles for the stuff of life.

That’s what this life work is about, and what this website is about. I am so happy to be available to people who are trying to figure out how to deepen their relationship to Jewish stuff. Maybe they’re trying to make a certain holiday more meaningful, or there’s a bar mitzvah coming up, or some text or prayer has been troubling. That’s my jam. That’s what I do. Hit me up. I’m happy to phone, Zoom, Skype, text, etc. I can do scholar-in-residence stuff, Shabbatons, retreats. I tutor - in person and remotely. I do weddings. Etc. Etc.
